Because a portion of every purchase is donated to organizations supporting survivors and working to end violence against women, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at your store contact email with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement.
